Welcome to Kollar Transportation and Towing LLC. By accessing our website or using our passenger transport and trailer hauling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided We provide non-medical regional passenger transit and client-owned trailer hauling services. We do not provide emergency medical transit or active treatment transport. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you must call 911 immediately.

2. Passenger and Hauling Policies

  • Child Safety: Passengers must provide their own child safety car seats or booster seats. We do not supply safety seats.

  • Cargo Liability: While we maintain full commercial insurance for the physical trailer being towed, our policy does not cover any cargo, personal contents, or livestock contained inside the trailer. All transit of trailer contents is at the owner's risk.

  • Cancellations: We require accurate pickup addresses at the time of booking. Bookings placed outside our standard North-Central Ohio service area are subject to automatic cancellation.

3. SMS and Mobile Communications Disclosure By initiating a text message conversation with Kollar Transportation and Towing LLC, you consent to receive text message replies from our team regarding your booking confirmations, scheduling updates, and general customer service inquiries. We do not send marketing texts or automated text blasts.

  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

  • How to Opt-Out: You can end SMS communication at any time by texting "STOP".

  • How to Get Help: You can reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or call our main office directly.

    Data Sharing

    • Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

    • Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

    Kollar Transportation and Towing Messaging Terms and Conditions

    1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.

    2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

    3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at office@kollartt.com.

    4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Limitations of Liability

Kollar Transportation and Towing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or vehicle maintenance anomalies.
